Fixed my problem and I didn't have to beg to get it replaced

I'm So happy w the Doxie Pro . Looks great , works great . Happy to try to be paper free for my home files . A little disappointed w the CSR . She initially sounded Enthusiastic , but the last few messages to her have not been replied to , including my asking for reason for not being able to reply .

What a phenomenal experience. I was pretty much convinced that I had made the right choice in portable scanners when I made the purchase.
