I was not happy about the cover not getting shipped by the shipping date told when I ordered the and not being notified of the delay. Other than that I am very pleased with the cover! I ordered a boat cover, bimini top skin and boot in black for my 2018 G3 V322F. When I got them, the cover fit perfect. Unfortunately, the bimini top skin and boot were for a 3 bow not a 4 bow. I called andtold the rep about the issue. She said she would look into it and listen to my previous phone conversation and would let me know. The later that day I called and was told that they were working on it and would let me know. The next morning, I received an email with a return label saying to return the top and boot and they were making the right one now. Everyone I spoke with was polite and understanding. Once they figured out that I did not order the wrong part, They immediately corrected the problem by issuing a return tag and started making my proper top and boot. I would give them more stars than 5. Excellent products and customer care.

Love your boat cover. Unfortunately the last one didn’t last more than a year. One whole row of stitches failed. I had to pay someone to fix it. There are also some spots that need reinforcing to make it last.

Cover for my 2015 Suntracker Party Barge fits perfectly. Ordered without snaps so we could ensure that the snaps would match up, and that wasn’t too difficult either.

Finally put the cover on to start the season. Glad I spent the extra $ for an OEM cover! Fits perfectly and looks great! Many more years of service ahead.

The Support was fantastic!

I purchased a pontoon cover WITH snaps installed, contrary to Dowco’s reccomendation. Worked out great other than I had to pre-drill every snap as the self drilling snaps provided would snap off. Also, the original snaps on my rail that did line up did not snap freely with the installed snaps on the cover. Overall, I am thrilled with the fitment and installation. The prop poles are high quality was well.
