I ordered 3; one arrived damaged - lid and base were bowed inwards, and I could not get the lid off. Seems like an air pressure change somewhere along the way had created a vacuum effect inside and deformed the plastic. Frontrunner’s customer support was fabulous. I sent them a few pics of the deformations, my warranty claim was approved same day, and a free replacement arrived a few days later. I am very happy. The boxes are great, perfect for my camping adventures. I stand with companies that stand behind their products, and Frontrunner is definitely one of those. Great storage solutions, and great to do business with.
