The shovel is a quality product and well designed. I had a question about it and to my surprise it was answered by the owner in a few minutes. A new I had written the email after hours. Great customer service.

Wonderful timely service!

How many times do I need to delete requests for reviews before I get no more? Is there a human sending these or just some machine? I live in southern Arizona where it snows once a year maybe. Have not had a chance to even take it out of the box. Thanks for interesting looking products though!

Premium product!

Although I haven't had the chance to use it in an off road environment yet the quality and workmanship is outstanding. The way it goes from a compact shovel to a full size shovel and still maintains its strength is an awesome design.

I don’t have one yet!?

I have yet for receive the shovel I ordered so I can’t speak on the quality of the product but I must say the company’s customer service is top notch. Even though my order has been delayed due to the pandemic, which is obviously no fault of DMOS, their customer service team has kept me updated on the progress of my order. I am looking forward to getting my shovel and, if it proves as great as it looks, I will definitely be purchasing more items from them. Again, great customer service, thank you!

Pricey so lets get that out of the way. However very well built and engineered! No regrets.

Bought the Delta shovel and mount. I like the product, very well made. However ordering was a hassle trying to figure what was actually available vs. what showed as available on line. Luckily if you get someone on the phone their CS was great. They sorted everything out and offered me a discount to make up for the issues and additional pricing bump of not being able to bundle the shovel and mount for the lower price.

Living and playing in the mountains isn’t always fun and games. Winters can be downright harsh. And, you never know when you might have to dig yourself, or someone else out of a situation. Having a strong shovel, with a secure mounting setup is definitely worth it’s weight in gold. But, this shovel is more than just a one-season wonder. It’s practical to stir up and help drown campfires. It’s great for days playing in the sand, when things don’t necessarily go as planned. And, it’s great for almost any situation. Thank you for making a quality product, built in the USA. Thank you for a setup that doesn’t “accidentally” get left behind. And, thank you for making a product capable of being locked down and secured well on our adventure vehicle.
