Whats the deal with this $90 mount? Is it to just show off your shovel when you're driving?? You CANNOT lock your shovel in this mount, even though you can add a lock to the mount. Simply pull off the handle and slide your brand new shovel out and walk off with it. Waste of money, and the company is NOT transparent with what this mount can do. Oh, and the rubber pads where the shovel sits against all fell off when I pulled it out of the box. Not impressed.

Still waiting to use my shovel can u use the stealth for doing the driveway ?

I am a believer in getting what you pay for, and dmos delivers. The quality and innovation of the delta is amazing, great work plus their built in the usa. Its a win-win. So if you’re mulling over this or a cheap knock off, i hope this helps you decide, and support american jobs and families. These shovels are for true off-road enthusiasts, not pavement queens. Good customer service even after a couple years

Although I had the handle fall off my Stealth shovel handle when I needed it, customer support was quick to send a replacement.

Shovel is the perfect blend of durability while also packing up small and light. Articulation is very helpful when using to pull from under vehicle. Although I purchased what was called a “blemished” shovel I found nothing noticeable. The first use and it’s scratched but who cares. It’s a shovel meant to be used. Pros: design is well thought out (especially locking pin and extension), quality of build and materials are excellent, colors are nice but only matter for those who never take it out and use it, ability to fold and take up less space is awesome, tolerances are excellent so it’s not a sloppy mechanism. Cons: price, it’s an expensive shovel that if lasts forever I’m ok with.

Being Innovative enough to completely re-envision a shovel, demonstrates DMOS left brain, creative & intuitive focus. I’d guess Neanderthals constructed a basic replica of the Home Depot style shovel prior to discovering the wheel and fire. After reading about this product and the company (DMOS) that created it, my wife finally got me one. Upon first receiving it, I knew that I had a great product and it was even “Made In America”. Honestly, I have never been this excited about a “shovel” until this one. It is extremely easy to use and also lightweight, but SOLID! It conveniently fits right into the mount that can be secured with a lock. Overall I am thrilled with this purchase and look forward to getting more products from DMOS. I would also like to say that their customer service is A+!!!! I would definitely recommend this product and company in general for quality products!!!!

Delta shovel is great. Unfortunately the primary pin comes loose and gets lost when in use. Now the shovel is not useable unless you Jeri-rig with bolt and nut. Other than that great especially now that the handle does not come un cemented.

The Delta shovel bag is amazingly well built and rugged. It will easily last as long as the shovel, which is "forever"

Designed and made in the USA was key for me AND the fact that Susan herself responded to an initial inquiry says it all. Do yourself a favor and buy a shovel. DMOS service was great and shipping was fast. Picked this up to make kickers and groom run in's for a spring jib session. I looked at a bunch of terrain park tools and came across the Stealth Shovel and was sold. While I wasn't sure if it would fit in my pack I knew it would strap to the outside. Much to my delight it fits in my Dakine Poacher Vest (even with the airbag in it). Once I got to digging I quickly appreciated the extra long handle compared to my avalanche shovel. Added bonus of the rake side helped to smooth out the face of the jump and the runway. While I might not take this touring I will certainly be be using this for any kicker or jib sessions. There was certainly some shovel envy that day. Looking forward to seeing how durable it is. So far so good! Great product DMOS!

Quality of the product aside, this company does a nice job moving their products out the door and to the customer in an extremely timely manner. Their customer service was just as quick and efficient as well. Would definitely recommend based on the experience alone.

I just received my storage bag for my Alpha 2S shovel. It is great and the shovel fits and there is enough room to put some extras. Great to have a bag to store my shovel in for in my car.

Excellent product! The Alpha Driveway shovel is light and easy to use! I heard about this on WGN radio too late for the big snow in February, but with this shovel I am ready to take on whatever else comes this winter and beyond!

Ok... so it’s quite unfair to give DMOS a one star for my encounter to their driveway shovel. As I mentioned previously the shovel is a great shovel, hands down a worthy kick ass companion in this crappy snow weather. As I’m all about getting crap done. I forgot to look at the instructions that DMOS had sent in the box. I pulled out that shovel and off I went to work. After working with the shovel i didn’t notice that the screws had loosen up. They got bent with the beating of that snow falling. Well, after 24 hours of shoveling I noticed this and immediately sent DMOS message regarding this. I have to admit as well that I wasn’t expecting the response as quickly as they did. They were helpful and very quick to offer a solution. Thanks guy for your hard work and kick ass shovel!
