Great headset and superb service

I purchased this item with ample amounts in stock and had to pay $145 for it to be delivered. then to have no more information on shipping status and it never arriving i got onto the dj city team, After about a week they told me it was not in stock and now i am out of pocket. $145 delivery for a product that never arrived, then still having to pay an extra for a new product that is less that the original item & delivery. What a joke. Very poor quality control from the Dj city team, and very little action taken to mediate the issue. Quite disappointing. I am still waiting on the 2x 1200W version of this product.
