The customer service team at DJ City were fantastic from start to finish. I ordered a backordered Sennheiser EW-D system and was kept informed at every step. When the specific frequency band I originally wanted wasn’t available from the supplier, the team clearly communicated the alternative options and helped me switch to an available band without any hassle. When I checked in after the initial ETA, they followed up directly with Sennheiser, kept me updated even when timelines shifted, and then proactively checked again the following week as promised. On Monday they confirmed with the supplier, and by Tuesday they let me know the system had arrived in their warehouse. The communication was clear, honest, and fast throughout the whole process, which really makes a difference when ordering professional audio gear. Huge thanks to Scott, Michael, and Lachlan for their help. Highly recommend!

Only issue was I had to chase when part of order was on back order would have been nice to get some feedback of when I would expect the item before I had to ask after 3 weeks. Some sort of feedback would of been helpful.

Oh, I added this in the product review oops - look, overall really great, the product came fast, it was what was described - but the rule about not being able to add points retroactively is so dumb, that really annoyed me. Like its your website, your rules, it should be doable and knowing that if I forget to log in, that I just lose out on points, on what are big, infrequent and expensive purchases, is kinda stupid.
