Ordered a sound switch controller on the website (online order) “in stock” on 3/3/26 With auspost express shipping. Employee called a day or two after saying that it’s on back order and will be delivered before the end of this month. Have just received notification from auspost saying that it’s only just been received and is now expected to arrive 7/4/26. Soundswitch was a replacement for an event over easter, in which I have quoted for automated light shows. Will now have to partially refund the client. I understand things happen but not too impressed, will continue to use djcity for now as they have been good in the past. But it’s slightly frustrating. Resolution? refund express shipping please. Also: Ensure online website reflects accurate stock levels Follow-up calls, check in with your suppliers to ensure delivery date is fulfilled, if not, notify customer
