Good product Good delivery

The items I ordered were dispatched on time and arrived on time.

Very quickly and safely delivered, on-time with effective communication re time of delivery

I ordered 20 of these, while the cables are okay but the postage experience was terrible. Every couple of days, I would get 1-2 cables in the mail - all of them requiring signatures. It roughly took about a month for all items to be delivered. I had to get in touch with the support to have the last one delivered.

I have purchased quite a few items from DJ City to date and have always been satisfied with the whole process. This is why when I want something else I go to their web site first. Never been disappointed.

on time delivery

Great

Prompt Service, great price, very handy unit

arrived fast

Very fast delivery from order date to me receiving the stands in WA, so nothing to complain about the service from this company. Looks like one of my friends after seeing them is going to order as well. Good luck DJ City for your good service.

Well Priced, well packaged, Prompt Delivery, very happy, thankyou

Slow shipping

The whole process from placing the order to receiving it was quick and easy. I will definitely order from DJ City again.

No complaints always work things out promptly

Service and products are awesome

I paid extra for express delivery and it took 3 weeks to arrive. Maybe your company is short staffed to man the online sales.

Live dealing with DJ City, orders are dispatched promptly, communication is excellent

Initially some stock challenges so shipment was delayed, but Tyler in sales helped to sort it out. Great controller. Good progression from flx4 :)

I purchased the wrong item and contacted them within 24hrs they took over a week to get back to me by that time I had purchased what I needed.. the service was poor and they offered me a refund eventually after I pushed for it.
