I purchased the Blackstar Debut 15E Amplifier on the 18th of November of 2025, with the intention that my amp would come fairly soon. However, I was notified on DJ City’s website that my order had some items that were out of stock and were labeled as a “backing order”, so I expected a delay. Long story short, I very happily received my amplifier, just two and a half months later. I did end up worrying that I would never receive my order, so I contacted the DJ City’s Customer Service team and a lovely staff member reassured me that they would be restocking soon, so I patiently waited. In no means, was my worry caused by anything that DJ City had done, however I would like to bring awareness to others that may have a backing order in the future not to worry so much as I did. As for the amp, she is so cute and I love her!

Happy with the guitar quality

Speakers do not appreciate the music, very crackly unfortunately defeating the sounds of the songs. Going through all of my vinyls and nothing sounded good enough. I really like the design and how I've set it up but just cannot play the music to go along side it's design.
