Talked with Alex and he has wonderful customer service. I received the Rapunzel Tower and the box was damaged on the side of the box. I told him will not be opening until Christmas for my granddaughter. He told me if anything is wrong with the figarine just call him and it can be returned.

The picture is beautiful from a distance. But, up close due to the texture of the canvas the faces are not smooth. They look distorted. Is this a true Thomas Kinkade edition?

I ordered three piece of art from Art on Mainstreet and while all the art pieces themselves exceeded my expectation with regard to the quality of the paintings, I noticed a flaw on the frame of my most expensive piece. It was a result of the shipping process but appeared to simply be a mar in the wood. However I contacted an Art on Mainstreet representative and they immediately made arrangements to replace the item. I highly recommend this seller for Disney artwork.
