The staples that hold the protective cardboard on the corners were so tightly embedded, that I could not remove them with a staple remover. I had to wedge a blade under them and bend them slightly, then grab them with pliers and pull with all my might to remove them! It was a genuine workout. A few staples even broke under the tension and I had to use the pliers to remove the remaining piece. In the process, the frame got chipped on the front as a stapled pulled free and the frame flew into a nearby object. Otherwise, it was a wonderful and beautiful birthday gift and my wife loves it.

Shipping was at least double in time than what was listed on the site. The Shop app didn’t provide enough details about my order or tracking. Also It wasn’t clear that what I ordered was a print not painting.

My order was flagged due to an error on their website. It took a number of days for them to address the matter, which would have ended up with me getting the item late. A huge company like disney and they wanted to charge me to expedite the item so I would get it on time. Insult to injury, they drop ship the item. . . so you go directly to the website and you get it for less. . . . kind of came off like a scam.
