These prints are beautiful and the detail in both of them is absolutely amazing. We used to be skeptical about purchasing the giclee prints, but the last few have been absolutely stunning. The care put into the packing and shipping is also extremely careful leaving minimal to no risk of damaging them.

I ordered this as a birthday present for my husband. I ordered it a week and half before his birthday. I thought that would be plenty of time! Apparently not. It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing. It took them over a week to ship and give me any information. The tracking takes days to update and at this point I’m wondering if it’s ever gonna show up. It shouldn’t take 3 weeks for something to get here when I’m in the US. Kinda disappointed

This was an Easy process from start to finish. The Art we ordered showed up fairly quickly and it was in perfect condition.

Some disney art captures a moment in time that of course occurs during a movie but it is relevant to everyday real life - in this caee Alice’s journey down the rabbit hole touches in me a zest for learning and self discovery - this art illustrates how overwhelming and wonderful it can be - dunno if the artist or novelist intended this but the art and artists representation of this is magical - disney does a stellar job of keeping top notch artists on hand to provide a peek at these moments - i keep going back as i know not everything will catch my eye - but the few pieces that do are magical.

The staples that hold the protective cardboard on the corners were so tightly embedded, that I could not remove them with a staple remover. I had to wedge a blade under them and bend them slightly, then grab them with pliers and pull with all my might to remove them! It was a genuine workout. A few staples even broke under the tension and I had to use the pliers to remove the remaining piece. In the process, the frame got chipped on the front as a stapled pulled free and the frame flew into a nearby object. Otherwise, it was a wonderful and beautiful birthday gift and my wife loves it.

Shipping was at least double in time than what was listed on the site. The Shop app didn’t provide enough details about my order or tracking. Also It wasn’t clear that what I ordered was a print not painting.
