Bag was shipped in beautiful quakity packaging, and quite quickly. Shipping was a bit spendy for Ireland, and it's the same for buying accessories which is a bit of a deterrent.

Really great quality bags that also look good, and they’re so comfortable as well, so much more so than any other backpack I’ve traveled with as they’re well padded and just seem to fit me properly. The way they attach together is so much easier than trying to walk around with another backpack on your front as well. I find the side pockets especially useful for large water bottles and umbrellas and all sorts of things you have to stow away ready for quick use. I also appreciated the little details like the beautifully designed guidebook and guarantee certificate it came with.
