The build quality, material selection, and the general thought that went into design is amazing. Only slight downfall is that I would love an option to not have a laptop sleeve built in, but that is me being picky. All round great product and will definitely advise others to invest!

My initial order was subject to goods arriving in the US, however I didnt receive any update on the order until I chased up after the initial expected shipping date, with a revised window of another 4 weeks which would surely have been known about early and any expectations handled better, so it really felt like transparency on the order wasn't great. A change was offered on the basis it would be sent straight out, but then wasn't sent out and was cancelled instead. The following order was placed the same day as the cancellation and then received incredibly quickly within a couple of days so it felt like something funny was going on. But all in all, the bags arrived and logistical challenges aside I think its great.

Bought the large and small backpacks for my son to go travelling for 6 months. Very well made and seems to have lots of pockets for ease of storage. Hope it lasts many years as it’s not the cheapest product on the market, but I’m confident it’s one of the best made so will last! Great delivery and packaging. We were very pleased 😆
