Arrived as advised, driver helped to put the roll in the garage, fitting great, knew the date and time, plus a phone call half an hour before he arrived.

The design goes well with the existing kitchen units, had pick a wood effect, but some good advice from the store team helped make a better choice. Look great and the fitter was excellent, good job and no mess. I have a few bits of skirting and trim to replace, so what might look like a rough edge is OK, gets hidden and nothing to do with the fitter.

Lovely floor, feels like really good quality, love the colour and the fake grain. Only wish we'd known how complicated herringbone was to fit, but glad we persevered.

I'll start with the poaitive that I am very happy with the end result. The sales team and the fitter were fantastic and coukdnt do any more to help. Unfoetuently I cant give 5 stars as experienced a number of challenges between ordering and completions most of which were resolved in the end. 1. Promised on multiple occasions that id receive a call from thw fitting team to discuss additional material requested after the survey. Never received any of the 5 promised calls so ended up having to over order to be safe. 2. Despite being given very clear and detailed room lay out the wrong door bars where ordered and sent. I hold my hands up that I should of maybe checked this a bit more careful but I dont know the difference. Again when it came to fitting the lad doing it resolved this quickly and provided a great finish. 3. Was told throughout the sale that i could retuen any left overs for a full refund. No mention that this had to be collected from my address with a £50 collection fee. 4. Wrong beading was used in one room. This was quickly and brilliantly handled by the fitter who reolved the issue and the room looks great.

We love our engineered wood floor. The finished product was expertly installed by Courtney from Floorless by Design. The planning and ordering from Direct Wood Flooring in Havant was a mixed bag. The staff a pleasant but very young and, it transpires, inexperienced. The order itself was a bit of a mess, underlay ordered when not needed and the door trims were completely the wrong colour. It has taken a while to get things fixed and we're still not finished chasing up returned items. Shipping: We ordered skirting to go with the flooring but it was inadequately packed for a no frills delivery company like Palletline. There was no real protecting of the product so several of the boards arrived chipped. Fortunately the flooring itself was better protected. A second order came by the Flooring Superstore van and was in better shape.

So glad I went to flooring superstore. Was given lots of advice on what floor was best for us and was shown a variety of different styles. We chose LVT in a herringbone design and are so happy with our new flooring. The fitters were amazing too.
