my flooring from Direct Wood flooring. We did experience one or two problems re fitting dates and sizing, but fair play to them for rectifying them in a timely manner. The fitter Grant was excellent and completed the work to a very good standard. The finished floor looks lovely and makes the room look so much bigger than the dark one we had beforehand. Thank you DWF for sorting everything out and should I change any of my other flooring I will be back. Ian

he staff in the shop were very helpful, and Nadine in particular guided us through everything we needed. Excellent customer service. The waterproofing works perfectly in my kitchen and I’m very pleased with that aspect. However, the edges of the laminate seem to be a weak point — they chip quite easily and can catch your shoes while walking or sees a gap,

Everything was good organised and the assistants were very supportive and friendly, however, they didn't manage to organise fitting. They promised to do it but never did. It took us a week to get the information that they can't find any fitters for us for arranged time. We couldn't wait as we had to move out of our old house and they knew it was urgent. I got three fitters just in an hour and applied for refund. I got my money back very quickly. It is just our experience it might be due to Festive season we were doing this. Overall, it was OK and friendly.

From start to finish the service from the Ipswich branch was first class. The very helpful showroom staff, Luke in particular, couldn't have done more to assist us with our choice of wood flooring for our hallway.
