I really wanted to give you guys five stars but I had to call a few time to get a tracking number usually it’s quick I needed this starter bad lost money because my truck was down

Overall good experience. Customer service said they would handle the dented filter, unfortunately never heard back from them after I filled out the claim form and spoke with someone the day it arrived. I ended up having to get another filter from the parts store to ensure the first filter would seal since the one that came in the package was damaged.

Easy to order and quick to update me on changes and keep me posted on products that were back ordered and provided me options to get my parts shipped quickly. My only really gripe is that the $3k turbo I ordered was not packaged very well and a piece was chipped off the actuator.

Harder than it had to be

Lowered my transmission operating temperature by 40+ degrees. This isn't a BullSh$t product. It works and that garbage 68RFE needs it. The filter nipple was nice bonus. Changed my trans fluid and found the factory plastic sh&t broken
