From ordering and paying, to rushing home to tear open the packaging, Die Hard Dice provides the experience my spoiled self treasures most while online: Make it easy. Sure the Dice are wonderful. But I wanted to get the metal Dice. I have lots of really cool Dice, or so I thought. Then I ordered a couple of the Metals from DHD. NOW I have super cool Dice... This from a Bard (Clearly maxed his CHR roll) who cares so much about trade, he regaled me with a few tales after some small inquiries. Just wow.

I recently ordered a set of metal dice as well as a roll tray. They arrived much earlier than I would have expected, and the products are brilliant. I love the heft the dice have, and the velvet tray looks outstanding. The team at Die Hard also sent me an extra polymer set as a gift, and an extra metal d12. What really stood out was the wonderfully handwritten note on my order form. It is clear how passionate this team is about their work, and I don't imagine I'll be shopping for my dice anywhere but Die Hard Dice!

I recently purchased the "D6 Set - Scorched Rainbow w/ White", and they are absolutely gorgeous, but that's not why I'm writing this review. I'm doing this because in the package with those dice, came a second set of die as a 'thank you gift' (which are also gorgeous), and on the order sheet the company owners each initialed it and Die Hard Chuck hand wrote a message on it, and also made fun of my bad email address aha. I have never experienced service like this, and all I can say is that Die Hard Dice will permanently be my place to shop for any and all dice!

Love the dice! I also received a hand written thank you note as well as an extra set of dice that matched the theme of the other 2 sets i purchased. Very down to earth and personable staff. Will definitely use Die Hard for all my dice needs in the future.

Ordered the Wizard pack to try out metal dice and now I'm completely hooked!!! I'll be ordering some full sets very soon and if yall release a Sorcerer's pack I guarantee I'll be purchasing 1

A few weeks ago I ordered several dice from Australia. Despite selecting non-priority shipping, the product arrived in mere days of my purchase, which is insane delivery speed when compared to other dice companies for us Aussies. I also received a fantastic little hand written note and drawing (Thanks Chris, you're a legend!), a free set of dice, and a reddit 'gold' D8. Couldn't recommend these guys enough, and will definitely be purchasing die from here in the future.

I ordered some dice from Die Hard Dice for the first time, and I was not disappointed. In fact, I was amazed. Not only were the dice beautiful and high quality (and the price is good), but they even sent me extra sets as gifts! The handwritten answer for my note was the cutest though, it made me so happy I even read it to my mother. Thank you Dice Hard Dice, you guys are amazing. You definitely deserve all the 5-stars reviews and I will be purchasing more dice in the future.

Not only did they send out the dice and folding dice tray immediately. Not only did they go above and beyond what I requested even though it was out of stock. Not only did they write me a funny note on the receipt to show me how much they care about the customer. They were priced so cheaply, yet the designs are very enjoyable and the dice feel nice in my hand

I just got my first order from DHD and could not be happier. When the checkout page said they would include a freebie with the order if I commented what the dice were for, I expected to get maybe one free die--they sent a whole set in a color that matched my order! They also wrote a lovely and thoughtful note on the receipt that brought a huge smile to my face. This company surpassed expectations at every turn and the quality of their products is the real deal.

My ordering experience with Die Hard could not have been better, these folks know customer service! My girlfriend was telling me how much she liked the Silver Tanzanite set, and I couldn't wait to scoop up a set for her birthday. Turns out I chose to place my order riiiight at a time they were listed as out of stock. Just my luck, right? I chose another set that I thought she might also like, but since I had some time before my girlfriend's birthday, in the checkout I used their comment box to mention that I'd be happy to wait until the Tanzanites came back into stock, because romance. Well, imagine my surprise when Chris from Die Hard sent me a follow up email saying "We can do a *lot* for romance," and they had put together a set of the Tanzanites for me. I enthusiastically agreed, and my self-described "humble NPC shopkeeper" sent them on their way. They arrived promptly, with a little freebie, a sweet handwritten note for me, and a fancy wax-sealed little birthday note for my girlfriend! I was so thrilled I couldn't even wait for her actual birthday, and gave them to her right before our next conveniently-timed gaming session so she could show those suckers off. I wanted to order from Die Hard, because I couldn't find as beautiful dice anywhere else, but one of the most beautiful sets was out of stock and I couldn't afford ordering from them twice just to get one more set as the shipping to my country is very expensive. But when I reached out to them, they offered that they would complete and ship my order as soon as they find the one I was interested in. The dice have just arrived and everything is perfect! I love customer service they offered me and I love Die Hard Dice!

The dice arrived on time and in great condition. They well balanced and look amazing. The thing that got me the most though wasn't the free dice set that they included with my order, but the funny hand written thank you note on the receipt. Thank you for making these dice extra special : )

I've been a supporter of Die Hard Dice since their original Kickstarter, and never once have they let me down. Their prices are incredibly reasonable to begin with -- buying metal dice anywhere else will probably cost you a minimum of twice Die Hard's costs. Die Hard Dice has great variety, and their products are quality -- the metal dice sets definitely live up to expectations, and even exceed them. I use them regularly in my games and everyone is impressed when they see them. But, high quality products and good prices aside, Die Hard is just made up of good people. I had one or two very minor issues with orders in the past (shipping to Canada is a hassle no matter the company) and they always leave me more than satisfied. They are always conversational, relaxed, and cheery, and communicating them is so unlike the nightmares I have from other companies. Even huge companies like Amazon who are (usually) known for their great customer service pale in comparison. It isn't even just the customer service -- for each order they leave a spot for you to write a note, and when my most recent order came in, I got a handwritten reply just chatting about what I'd said I used the dice for. Die Hard Dice is a really great company. It's been a wonderful time watching them grow and it means a lot to have such a wholesome company out there, passionate to create things for my favourite hobby. I saw another review that mentioned how suspicious they were about all of Die Hard Dice's 5-star reviews -- they earned each and every one of them. I have zero complaints; I only have good things to say about them. If you're interested in quality dice, look no further -- there's nobody else that's worth buying from.

These are the best dice I have ever used. I was incredibly skeptical at how many five star reviews Die Hard has accumulated, and I can tell you every single person is correct. They really are that good. I lost my tracking number, asked for a new copy of it, and my product was already in my mailbox by the time they emailed me a few hours later.

These people are F-ing adorable! My spouse and I put in an order for some dice to celebrate my birthday. Since their check-out form asked for us to put down how we heard about them, we mentioned that birthday presents were involved. Our order included around a half-dozen dice sets, but they were still delivered in just 6 days with no charge for shipping and handling. What's more, they put not one - but two 'happy birthday' messages in the order, one of which was hand written, both of which had hand-drawn pictures to accompany them, and one of which had a legit wax seal! Of course the dice also look fantastic! On top of everything else, DHD had a promotion in June to support the Trevor Project. While our order missed out on being able to help them with this effort, supporting a company that gives to important causes like the Trevor Project helps make the world a better place. Keep up the great work, Die Hard Dice! May your paladins never fall, or if they do may they at least have a really sweet redemption story arc! :D

Firstly, I almost never leave reviews unless I feel very strongly about a product. I searched far and wide to research which dice were the best to start my very first Dungeons & Dragons campaign. By far the most mentioned was Die Hard Dice. The moment I received them I could tell just by how well they were packaged that this was the real deal. They left a personalized message and threw in some extras for my first venture into being a Dungeon Master. If customer service and presentation are everything, then they get 5 stars in both. I have recommended them highly to my players and I will 100% be purchasing more dice for the future. Thanks for the great dice!
