I have ordered 3 medium sized parcels from DHD and each time I have received an item I have felt my business is appreciated. By the time my third package was delivered (A collection of glowing dice) I was thanked for my repeat business- I had never done anything to suggest I was a repeat customer. I was even given a lovely hand written note, an extra gift set of dice, and a set of metal D6's with another note saying "These glow too!" My Die Hard Dice will mean that much more because of the extra love put into them by this retailer, and I hope I can put that passion back into my games. Die Hard Dice, These Glow Too!

I've ordered from DHD on 3 separate occasions, and I have a hard time not buying more and more dice for myself and my friends on a whim. All of the dice I've received from them are of excellent quality. Though their polymer dice aren't exclusive to this site (for now, at least; as of this writing, their first batch of custom polymer dice are supposed to be releasing next week), they have excellent prices, lower than what any competitor I've seen is charging for the same sets. And as if that wasn't enough, they send extra sets of dice with your order, free of charge! Their dice bags and dice trays are also of excellent quality. A single large bag is big enough to hold my numerous sets, and the trays are great if you have players who like to fling their dice across the table and onto the floor (they also work quite nicely as dice corrals, if you're like me and have a lot of dice out at once). I strongly recommend writing a note to them with your order, by the way; it's always worth the extra few minutes to tell them a bit about your characters, your friends' characters (if you're buying gifts), your campaign (if you're a DM), or even just how you found the site, or what the occasion for your purchase is. If I have one complaint - and it's minor enough that I wouldn't knock them down from 5 stars over it - it's that there are some polymer sets made by their supplier that I'd love to buy through DHD, but can't because they're not available. I'd buy them from another site, but DHD has been so good to me that I almost feel dirty buying the "generic" stuff from anyone else. But even then, they're slowly expanding their catalog to include some of those sets, so maybe someday I won't even have *that* complaint!

Fantastic dice, and flawless service. International discount works great for me, and the ammount of effort they put into making you feel GOOD about your purchase is just bananas. I'll certainly come back to buy more stuff in the future.

After a friend of mine referred me to Die Hard I haven't gone back. Their styles are great, the delivery was fast, and they even included a complimentary set of poly's with my metal dice order! I've been using those dice for about a year now and they still look as great as when I got them. Now I exclusively buy from Die Hard and I make sure to refer them to all of my groups.

I've heard from several podcasts and tabletop players talk about this amazing company and I decided to give them a shot. They have an amazing selection of dice! I was drawn to purchasing metal dice from Die Hard Dice because of their special forge dice that had the pointy parts cut off. My main concern was that the chrome finish would make my dice look more gray/red rather than the black/red I wanted, but I decided to buy them anyway. I added a personal comment to my order talking about why I chose those specific dice and my concerns with the color. When my order arrived, it came with a free set of polymer dice as a gift and in black/red to match! My order slip also had a heavily personalized note responding to my original comments and addressing my concerns (if I was dissatisfied with the color, they would replace/refund the dice). Not only are the dice top-notch, but they really made me feel like a valued customer and the next time I need dice, my first stop will be Die Hard Dice! Thanks to the crew, especially Chris =)

I've bought several dice sets and they're all just beatiful. They seem to be of great quality as well and were a good price. The support was very nice and helpful, and surprisingly fast. In the package was an extra polymere dice set, two metal dice and a d10 keychain as little gift from the shop owners. The note from the shop that came with was super sweet and personal. All in all this was the best customer experience I've ever had.

I ordered a set of Mythica Gold Amethyst dice, and I was expecting Die Hard Dice to be just another generic dice company. But I had a few friends recommend them to me so I tried it out. I received them, and was pleasantly surprised. I got a dice coffin too; but when I opened the coffin, there was another set of dice, and two metal dice. A D4 and a D8. I was very content with just that, but then I looked at the packing slip and I was so happy. There was a personalized message, and nice comments. Die Hard Dice did an amazing job at making the transaction personal. This experience will definitely bring me back in the future. And I'll be sure to tell my friends if they're looking. I recently purchased a beautiful set of dice as a gift, but failed to read that all metal dice sets come with a metal case and purchased a case as well. I didn't even notice my mistake until Paul from Die Hard Dice texted me about it and offered to replace the case ($4) with a set of $8 polymer dice set. I can't think of many other companies that would have offered the same as DHD after I realized my error and I can't think of any at all that would have been proactive about noticing my mistake and offering to fix it for me. I ordered a set of Dark Iron Mythica and got it just in time for my next session and loved it, like seriously amazing quality dice. But what really stood out was the quality of the service I received. They responded to a question I emailed them within only a couple hours, they hand-wrote a thank you note on my order slip, and even sent a free Christmas polymer set with my order (which was my first order). This is the only place I'll be getting my dice from from now on.

I shopped around for a long time before deciding on Die Hard Dice, but their prices are some of the best I've come across. It's a shop run by people who are passionate about their product and their customers. The products I received were good, although there was a single minor blemish on one item. I know, however, that they are invested in correcting any mistakes of errors and will do so in a timely manner. A friend of mine who purchased items from Die Hard Dice was missing an item from their order, and DHD's customer service reached out right away to correct it to their satisfaction. For those purists out there who are concerned with die balance and fairness, I must report that a "salt water test" on two polymer d20s revealed a serious imbalance. The dice evidently have bubbles that could (ostensibly) have a negative impact their randomness. This won't keep me from using the dice I've purchased, but it is a consideration for those concerned about "fair" dice. Whether the "salt water test" actually reveals imperfections that make for an inferior product, I cannot say. For a company so invested in gamers and gaming culture, however, I hope that if this does represent a manufacturing error, it might be corrected. In any event, I am sure I'm neither the first nor last to float test these dice and I hope that DHD are aware that some gamers may consider this an issue. Regardless of that, the hand touches included in the order go a long way to showing that DHD cares about their customers. I find it refreshing to see small business flourish in such a busy market niche and be able to provide such exemplary service.

I heard about the site from a friend and was browsing it to see what sort of neat stuff they had. Found some cool things but they were out of stock, and I figured, "Well that happens, I'll message them and see if they can do anything, but I won't hold my breath." To my delight, they answered right away and said they could put together a set for me just like that! Support was super helpful and answered all of my questions quickly and I liked the dice so much that I ended up spending $110 here for the Black Friday deals. I am most definitely going to shop here again and would recommend anyone else who loves dice and quality service to as well.

I bought a set of battleworn copper and an extra d20. The dice are amazing and look even better in person than they do on the site. The experience was great and they even threw in an extra d6 as a surprise. Amazing service and product. First off the dice are really great, especially for the price, I got a set for everyone in my group and all the different colors are very nice. On top of that the people selling the dice are awesome! I'll continue to buy from them and you should give them a try too.
