I had a very fun time ordering from DHD with my friend. The package took a long time to arrive to Finland, but after the dice finished their long journey, they were absolutely worth it!! The dice were absolutely beautiful and we even received free extra dice sets and a funny hand written note from the Backroom goblin Blaire (or is it Blaine?) and all the other wonderful people working there. Me and my friend had a blast reading it while playing with the dice! Excellent shopping experience. Would definitely buy again!

I found this company through a reddit recommendation and ordered four sets of dice after reading the glowing reviews of this company. And honestly? They absolutely deserve the praise. I've never seen a company before that does discounted international shipping and as someone outside the US, it's greatly appreciated. Shipping was fast and all the dice came well balanced and with no issues. All of my sets turned out to be even prettier in person than on the site. And they threw in both a cute little yellow d8 and an absolutely beautiful metal d20 for free! I am genuinely amazed at how wonderful this company is to their customers. I purchased 2 sets of blood golem dice and got customer service that is welcomed by any business. The dice themselves feel great and have a fantastic roll. Shipping was fast and without issues. Recent bought my first-ever set of metal dice to match a new Warforged character I'll be playing for a while. On a tip from a friend, I decided to pick them up from Die Hard Dice. Short version: I don't think I'm going to buy dice anywhere else ever again. Long version: The dice themselves are just incredible. They are hands-down the highest quality metal dice I've ever seen. They're weighty, rugged, and superbly detailed. They don't look like they're sloppily enameled or thinly electroplated like a lot of cheaper metal dice do. Instead, they look like they just came straight from some Dwarven tinkerer's forge. I couldn't ask for better and am 100% satisfied with the steep price tag. They're worth it. Perhaps even more surprising, though, was that the customer service was astounding from start to finish. The order shipped quickly and arrived expertly packaged. I'm pretty sure the mail carrier could have run over the thing without damaging the dice. Inside, there was a hand-crafted note referencing the customer comment I'd left and thanking me for my order. Plus a bunch of bonus plastic dice (And of decent quality, no less!) and a discount for a future purchase. All they /had/ to do was take my money and send me the product, but instead they took the time to demonstrate how much they care about their customers. The next time I want pretty dice to match a character, I'm coming here. And I'll definitely be recommending them to absolutely every player I encounter.

I order the Mythica Sinister Emerald set for my son who is just learning about D&D. On the order form it said to leave a comment about the purchase. I wrote "These are a gift for a new DM." What we received in the mail today was above any expectation. The set came very nicely packaged. the feel of the dice is unbelievable. But there was so much more. There was a hand written note from Dayna along with a Quickstart Guide to Dungeon-Mastering from Chris. Not to mention the free gift and Insult Generator. I started D&D back in the early 1980's. It was more of a "fend for yourself" atmosphere when it came to making purchases from the Hobby Stores. Greeting from Germany. So I have done 2 Orders on this site now and i have to say that I am more than pleased. The site looks slick and is intuitive. There a planty of different dices to choose between and every dice looks great in its own right. The metal dices I have ordered are in great condition and the shipment was rather fast for a package being send halfway across the earth. In the second order was a little mixup but it was okay and they quickly resolved it. This brings me to customer service and I have to say it is the best i have experience. They alway threw in some extra dice for telling from where I knew them or giving them feedback or for the replacement as an apology for the stress and that is just great. Also the customer service was just great to talk to and was very patient with me. This will be the shop to which i will keep coming back for new dice and accessories.

I have bought from them 2 times. First time i bought 3 sets of dice and was given a 4th for free, and the second time i bought another set and used a Coupon for a free metal D20, and a velvet bag. I was looking for dice that were beautiful, had plenty of variety, and that were accurate and random when rolled--and these dice go above and beyond what I was looking for! My partner and I ended up ordering 7 sets, and I really couldn't be happier. I can't wait for my next session so I can show them off to the other players! But what was even better was my experience buying the dice. The site's easy enough to navigate, the pictures really do the dice justice, and I absolutely love the videos most of the dice have showing how they look when held up to the light and rotated. The people at Die Hard Dice are super friendly and you can tell in their product descriptions, on their social media, and even in their packaging that they love roleplaying games just as much as you do. They ask in the order notes what you're using the dice for, so I told them I was using them for my warlock I made for Dragon Heist. On the order sheet that came with my package, I got a lovely note from Jessie about how their family is playing Dragon Heist too, and gave me some helpful tips (I never would've thought to put post-it notes on the map, but I'm definitely going to start doing that next session!). They added a couple extra sets to the order too, and they really complimented the dice I had ordered. (Of the ones I ordered, the grey gradient and the blue galaxy dice sets are my favorite!)

I had ordered metal dice before from amazon to poor results, they weren't weighed correctly and felt terrible in the hand. These on the other hand roll like a dream and they are perfectly crafted, the owner was so considerate as to write a comical note that came with the package and tossed in a couple goodies that I will be giving to my DND mates. I have already got one of my friends to buy a mythic set after he handled them and I will be sure to keep buying from die hard whenever I am in the need for dice.

A week or so ago, I got myself playing a local DnD session with my local comic shop. I had a set of regular polymer dice in hand, but when I saw some of the metallic looking dice that some of the others were using, I grew enamored with them.
