Put instructions on the site and revisit the hardware. The top bolts either need larger heads or a bracket to fill the space. They don’t look as quality as the rest of the roobar. Also, this kit should have washers. All of the bolt heads were barely bigger than the holes in the bar. Packaging was impressive but I still ended up with two 1/2” scratches dead center where the powder coat is gone. Might think about some wrapping in the middle where the two foam pieces might shift.

Great service, the first bike tray I ordered arrived without the mounting hardware necessary for attaching the bike tray to my Owl B2 carrier. I called the customer service and spoke to Kayden (not sure if this is the correct spelling of his name) and her was very helpful in sending me the missing parts. I am very happy with Owl Service.
