vert good

Easy ordering. Shipping was fast. Great price. Arrived on time in excellent condition

There were some issues with the delivery to the store — it seemed like they couldn’t find my order after it was delivered, but everything was resolved pretty quickly! Thank you to the staff for your help :)

Fantastic shoe

Love the shoes. Very comfortable and easy to slip on. Had a pair previously and just got another bc the old ones started to wear out.

returns ok... navigating website is clumsy

The last pair lasted 15 yrs and I expect this one will too. Fits right and went straight into use without a pause or concern.

👍

Great

No problem getting a return label for shoes unworn.

Fast shipping

Love Ecco.

My son wears size 9 in other brands. But Ecco’s size 9 was too big for him. So i return them and ordered size 8. The return process was simple. I have not gotten my refund yet though. But I am sure they will return it.

These golf shoes met all my expectations.

Great show but didn’t fit because of a deformity.

Everything was fine. I ordered, but did not deal directly with Customer Care.
