Comfortability and size were great but my right shoe arrived extremely creased on the right shoe and i noticed just after 1 day of wearing. The left is perfectly fine so i think the right was defective

The size is smaller than what was quoted.

Excellent customer support from the time I ordered to when I picked up my shoes at a local store. I only wish I didn't have to wait as long for them, but it was during Black Friday sales, so to be expected. The customer support at the store was superb - they were very helpful allowing me to try on the shoes to confirm they would be a good fit since I had ordered them online. I wore them out of the store that day!!

I bought it before Black Friday, when the price dropped, I was able to get some refund, happy with that. I also love the design and the quality of leather. It's true to size and fit me perfectly. However, I will suggest not to wear thin socks, the thicker ones make you more comfortable when walking.

Ecco continues to outperform most shoe manufacturers. Just need more dark sole tennis lace shoes in leather. Dark soles sell.
