I called the company to make sure someone would answer the phone. Ordered the part online and it was quickly verified that the order was received. Part was shipped promptly with tracking, insurance, and an additional email that it was on the way. Received the correct part promptly and at a good price. A good experience, I recommend the company.

Order taking way TOO LONG for Delivery

My product was never delivered. I chose this website because I was born and raised in Michigan and wanted to support a company from there. Though I was given info to make an insurance claim and received a Virtual Visa Card number. When attempting to reorder the part, the virtual visa payment would not go through. I have left multiple messages in attempts to get help or possibly order over the phone without response or help. Unfortunate because I anticipate needing more parts in the future.
