USPS shipping sucks. Lake Orion to my house is 1 hour drive it took a week for me to get it. I needed it ASAP. I LIKELY wont buy anything from here expecting anything less than 5 day wait

There needs to be transparency on ship date. Order date to ship date was around 30 days. I would recommend being up front about it.

Web site said the parts were in stock and when i placed my order the next day i got a email saying it would be 2 weeks befor my item would ship?? Then when I got my order one of the parts I ordered only 1 showed up so I contact you guys and you said only one comes in the kit but online it says the right "AND" left on the description in reality it should say it can fit on the left or right, why would I only order one when both should be replaced at the same time? Thankfully the parts I did get fit

Purchase a uconnect screen radio and after I had it install it cant adjust the clock . I reach out to DetroitbMopar they gonna tell me contact a dealer because they don't why its doing thats. Thatsbis unacceptable I would tell people to not purchase this part because this is known problem with this part . and its a very costly parr. So I'm waiting to hear back from them

I ordered a part on December 6th. Mind you I live 1. 5hrs from where this part is being delivered. Contacted you on 9th, was told on 10th it should be at my house in a couple days. On the 15th I sent another note as nothing arrived. When asking for a tracking number I was told on the 16th the part wasn’t sent and you just went ahead and sent it. By that time I had to come up with another plan and didn’t need the part. Instead of asking if I still needed the part you just sent it. I was a little frustrated as now I have to return it to get my money back. Still waiting for my money and the part was returned using UPS. This was very poor service and won’t return. Can get these type of parts on EBay, Amazon or other local part shops.
