I have used Detroit Mopar for OEM parts several times. I always get good service from them and will continue to buy products I need from them. Their prices are always cheaper that what I can get elsewhere.

Great communication during the visits there. Ryan was a great help and went over and beyond to make sure I got what was needed.

The people were very friendly. The system they have to look parts is difficult because it is difficult to see the parts. I had to come back twice. The prices are not competitive. I needed one 4 inch plastic part which maybe cost 50 cents to stamp out and it was $120. I will avoid using mopar next time.

Part came to me damaged. I tried getting ahold of the company for 4 days and finally was able to scheduled a return. I ended up ordering the part from a different company (and paid more) because of customer service.

Why is ok because the item that I buy from your company came with scratches. I send e mail text and call and let a massage but nobody call me back to see what we can do about it.
