ordering and delivery were great. unfortunately, I needed to return the item, and that process was not so good - I was not told the return had been accepted, when tracking information showed it had been delivered, and it wasn't until I called 4 days later (and left a message, could never get ahold of someone at the detroit mopar phone number) that I finally received notice of the processing of the refund.

So far this is the second time ordering from Detroit Mopar. Good prices and service. I'm sure I will be buying from them again.

I needed a trailer wiring harness for my 07 Patriot and so I searched for one at all the usual web sites and I just did not like what I was finding until I saw the MOPAR site had what I was looking for.
