I purchased rotors for my car at the end of July, when they came I didn't have the time to have them installed then, when I finally had them installed after only a couple days I noticed something was wrong. I had them looked at and come to find out that they were defective/warped. I saw that the return window had passed so I reached out to the company to see if I could exchange them. Got a message back saying sorry for the inconvenience but they cannot exchange "used" parts. Right . . . but they sent defective parts and once I installed them it was when I found that out, so basically they send out defective parts but won't work with the customer to rectify the situation?? I was NOT asking for a refund, only a part that works !!!

Pretty damn sad when a person spends SEVERAL Hundreds of dollars and can't even get a sticker. . . . . . How Rude. . . . . . . . . . . . . Guess I'll shop somewhere else from now on. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I called to have a defective shock, exchanged and the person on the customer service line ask if I could have it videoed, the part is already off and ready to be shipped back to them. He insisted on me getting something from a mechanic ort a video before he could approve a replacement, first of all that's not what it says in your return policy. and next y'all a bunch of scammers

Purchase and shipping were fine . BUT when I went to insert the grease cert on the ball joint , the joint had been put in about a half inch away from the divot on the a frame. The divot is for the grease gun tip. So the grease gun will not fit on this a frame using the standard grease fitting. So I’ve had too order special grease fittings in order for the grease gun to fit. So who ever you need to call in China to correct the manufacturing problem , you better do it.

The fuel pump is garbage and now I have to buy another one an oe pump the one that I got from Detroit axles is throwing a fuel pump module code

Item was defective. Submitted for return and refund have heard nothing back from service department and it has been days very disappointed.

I have these brakes and pads on my 2018 Nissan titan XD for about 6 months now. Great improvement over stock parts. Very good for the price. Delivery was quick, items came well packaged. Very easy to install.

Everything was what I needed

I received only 2 sets of back rotors. Bought the whole pack. Took the car apart and all to get it ready. Opened the box to only 2 sets of back rotors.

Sent wrong parts NEED REFUND ASAP!

Pads and rotors were great and kit came with Brake Fluid and cleaner but clips were incorrect size so I had to reuse old clips and clean them
