Too notch from quality to delivery - so quick .

We purchased two FoamR Pro+ units, and unfortunately one of them was faulty from the start. We initially contacted Detailing Shed before Christmas to arrange a replacement, but we were informed that there was no stock available at the time. We were then advised to contact Bigboi directly; however, despite multiple attempts, they have not responded to our calls. After Christmas and New Year, we returned to Detailing Shed for assistance, but we were told that nothing further could be done on their end and that we needed to contact Bigboi and provide proof of purchase. This experience has been extremely disappointing. We invested in a branded product expecting reliability and proper customer support, but instead we have been left with a defective unit and no resolution. We would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

Thr site is extremely easy to navigate. The only issue I have which is what I previously emailed through. Is the website won't allow you to login via 'Shop' due to a system error. Other than that its great 👍🏼
