We had an extremely positive and productive experience today. The staff was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. They took their time explaining sizes, fabrics, styles, etc. and took their mystery out of shopping. We got everything we needed today and appreciate Susan’s and Delph’s support- thank you!!

Delivery estimates are pretty consistent. Prices are very reasonable. Very good communication! This is THE place to buy books!! Very happy with this site. Thank you!

Very friendly and efficient!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Deseret Book is a great place for me to get the church related materials I need since I don’t live close to an actual store.

Prompt delivery, great book. thank you.

Excellent in every way! My order was processed almost immediately, everything I wanted was in stock and customer service was super friendly and helpful. My books arrived on time. I so appreciate the selection available to purchase in all the same place.

Always great. Love this store

Reward points were not available on computer as explained courteously by the representative. Otherwise I was pleased with how fast and easy it was to order a book.

I ordered several card games to include in one of the raffle prizes for a fundraiser that a local charity foundation holds each year. The proceeds help to find a cure for an incurable childhood brain cancer. The card games were a very good price, and I ordered them in plenty of time to allow for shipping time to Michigan. The shipment came in excellent condition.

I was very happy with the timely arrival of my order!!

My experience with this order was a little mixed. The first order I placed had an issue and, for some reason, it was returned to the seller. However, after speaking with customer service over the phone, the issue was resolved and I received the replacement order on time. I appreciate the prompt assistance and communication in getting the order delivered successfully.

Great!

It was great. The person was very helpful.

I was surprised at how quickly I received my books.

Was able to find the book that was back ordered everywhere else. Received in a timely manner. Was very pleased!

It’s so refreshing how kind and helpful the people here are! I love coming here!

I received my book in a very timely manner. The book was in excellent condition and I am enjoying reading and studying it.

Everything was just as expected and came sooner than anticipated!

The book arrived in perfect shape, and four days earlier than estimated it would arrive! Thank you!!
