It is not too difficult to find what I am looking for. There is a good selection of items. I feel shipping costs are a little excessive.

I love how I feel while in Deseret Book - there really is a spirit of peace. The employees are always very polite,, the store is clean and bright, the music playing is calming, and it is just nice to spend time in the store. I would like to hang around there all day!

My one complaint is that very hard to find the newly released and coming soon books. Other places that sell books give the option of sorting them by release dates, newest to oldest. Without that option one has to look through all of the books available to find anything new.

I enjoyed reading the books on Bookshelf Plus. I may come back to it some day. I read almost all that was available, and it didn’t seem a good idea to keep paying for it if there were not more books available.

I was very happy with the product, and received my package sooner than I expected, so was grateful for that.

These bluish grey triple combo are adorable. Perfect baptism present. Arrived earlier than expected, but I live close to SLC. Was well packaged and the embossing was perfect!
