Awesome!

The order was shipped quickly and arrived in good condition.

This store used to be so beautiful. Having the best art, selection of books, etc. This store looked so sad and dated. :(

I'm thoroughly enjoying the Lancaster series of books! Sarah M. Eden is a wonderful author.

Filled and shipped my order in one day. They communicate to me when my order is being filled and when it is shipped. Order is always packed with care and has never been missy.

The people try their hardest to be Christ like and it shows.

Kind, great, and prompt

The search engine is very poor. Several times I have come away with disappointment that I couldn't find what I wanted. It takes a lot of work and effort. I wish I could remember some specifics but I will put in a need and the most random items come up. I just go to Amazon. I am also disappointed that you can't add bookshelf books on the website but have to type it in on Bookshelf. That is not as customer friendly as it used to be. And surely there are more items on a subject that show up as you have thousands of titles. Just saying.

I love Deseret Book! They always have exactly what I need!

Muy bien

customer service was great about shipping and I love my pink scriptures.

excellent service with deseret books!

I was able to acquire everything I was looking for.

I love browsing through clearance items, and special sales. I like being able to glance through some of the new books offered.

Was fine

I absolutely love this store! My grandkids also really enjoy coming here with me. We always have a wonderful time looking around and growing our collection a little bit bigger each time we go.

I have ordered books from this website a few times now and every time my order has shipped very quickly and the books were well packaged and arrived in good condition. I was even able to get books from them that Amazon was out of stock on.

Shipped package as selected on website and package came well packaged
