In the beginning, I was told it would take a while to deliver since it was out of stock. Then maybe a week passed and thought it was arriving later. Turns out I put the wrong address, and I found the neighbor at home thankfully. I was able to finally obtain my temple recommend happily!

I ordered this book excited to use it in my Old Testament studies this year. I placed an order for 5 items placed January 4, 2026. After hearing nothing about shipping after almost three weeks I finally reached out and was told there was an issue with their shipping company, First Mile. In the end I only received one of the five items. The rest of the items were refunded but I never received this book, which was the item I most wanted, and I don't understand why. I've consistently had delays with Deseret Book in the past. With every other company I order from there is prompt information about shipping dates and their processing is timely. Never so with Deseret Book. I've waited months for items. I see advertisements for their products on social media all the time and receive their catalog in the mail, so why can they not actually send their products out? What is the point of advertising at all if you can't deliver the products? Extremely frustrating for those of us who do not live in states with a Deseret Book.
