The weighted pillows and the ceramic bells were great gifts for my friends who are going through difficult times.

Arrived in perfect condition. Salt & Pepper shakers are absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend. I am using the ones I purchased for Valentine’s Day, but you could use them year round.

This was a gift for my 12yo son’s birthday. He asked for a large stuffed animal. We purchased this bear online, and it exceeded our expectations! The fur is incredibly soft and pet-able. It’s large and stuffed beautifully. The paws are weighted, so it feels a bit like the bear is hugging you back; plus, this allows for the bear to be posed in fun ways, as well. Shipping was timely, and the bear was well packed and protected during shipping.

Honestly I am very disappointed with the product (necklace) that I ordered from you. It is the "dear you mom" necklace. The chain appeared tarnished and the pendant was not attached to the chain because the connector was broken. I has purchased the same necklace when I was visiting a store in Tennessee. My friend liked it so much that I decided to buy one for her. So I purchased one on line from Demdaco. I was shocked and embarrassed when she opened it for Christmas. I have called and emailed customer care and have not yet heard back. . . that was on 1/19/26, it is now 1/26/26.

I bought quite a few items and they came in one box that was somewhat damaged on the outside and then upon opening it seemed like whoever packed the items just tossed them in the box. To receive items just wrapped in Styrofoam -and not in boxes - tossed inside the larger box - was very frustrating. With the amount of money that is being paid- I don’t understand that. So now in order to gift it to somebody I have to find boxes to put the items in because the Styrofoam is all messed up and isn’t something to gift looking like that.

Nice variety of dolls

I was very pleased and excited with all of the items that I ordered and I would give five stars for the quality of the merchandise. However, I gave four stars because I thought that the package could have been a little more secure. There was air bubble packaging used and this did not keep the items from moving around. Fortunately, everything arrived safely. I would suggest a tighter packaging or heavy paper so that the items do not move around, especially with delicate merchandise. Thank you. I would still be happy to order again and suggest Demdaco to my friends.

I am sorry, I would’ve given a 5 but I bought a mug and it was shipped taped in broken styrofoam, not even in a collapsible box, it barely made it to me properly. Besides that, the product was great.
