Products, 5 stars - The products are beautiful and always appreciated by the recipient. Shipping Systems, 3 - After adding a new shipping address to my order, I then selected to add gift wrap and personalized note. Then, I placed my order. The shipping system reverted back to my primary shipping address after I added the gift wrap/ note and I didn’t catch it until I received the email confirmation. I immediately contacted Customer Service to make the correction and was told it was not possible.
