I was very pleased and impressed in how my problem was handled. I called and spoke to a woman who was very polite and helpful. Within a few minutes she had my information and said a replacement would be sent out. I didn't even have to return the damaged mug. Within a week a new mug was delivered. No charge to me. I wish all companies took care of problems like your company did. Thankyou. . . . Good job

Honestly buying from you was an awful experience. One of the items from my purchase never arrived. My December birthstone bear was not in the shipment that arrived. I also had no communication as to where my package was or when it would arrive. On my ROUTE account it still says it has yet to be sent. The items that did arrive were what I had been looking for but I would never have purchased them from Demdaco. My son felt extremely left out as I purchased two bears one for both my sons and his was the only thing that never arrived. Will never use this company ever again. Highly suggest you work on your shipping process and double check that the orders are correct
