Product exceeded my expectations. Miter joints are seamless and precise. Packaging is just as good as the product itself. Very well protected for shipping. Customer service was great and quickly responded to an email I sent them. Delivery of the product was quicker than promised. Absolutely no complaints and I highly recommend this product.

I was soooo sure I would love Antique Gold that I didn't bother to get a sample first. When I got the Frame, I was first just extremely impressed with the engineering of the thing. Easy does not begin to describe the assembly and installation process. But I ended up not loving the gold. So I initiated an exchange, packed it back up, and sent it back, no muss, no fuss. Ended up with the Champagne and could not be happier. They are a lil pricey, which is the only thing keeping me from getting three more to swap them out as the impulse demands.

Hands-down, this may be one of the best purchases I’ve made this year! This frame is beautifully made, super easy to install, and adds such an impressive style and character to the room. The description was correct in saying that it takes only a few minutes to put it together because the pieces magnetically snap for a secure, seamless fit. This replaces my factory frame that I’ve had for years and will surely fool my guests into thinking that it’s an expensive painting. Also, I was impressed with Deco’s response time and completeness of their answer when I sent them a product question. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!!!

We checked out many reviews for before we placed an order. My wife liked the Antique Gold as depicted on the website. we placed our order and the item arrived quickly. Assembly was quick and easy. When we placed it on our Samsung Frame and secured it as instructed, the whole room took on a whole new and wonderful appearance. we are very happy with our Deco Frame. My only regret is that I did not order one last year when we purchased our television.
