The first one was damaged in shipping. A replacement was sent immediately without the hassle of returning the broken one. The installation was incredibly easy even for us seniors! The look is incredible and it completely changed the look of the room. We love the photo screen. We purchased the art subscription and the frame truly makes it look like a gallery painting!

Super easy! I was surprised how easy these were to pop on. The pieces don't magnetize to the TV, but to each other. I didn't even need the corner support brackets
