Just installed the Avalon railing by RDI that I purchased from Deck Expressions. Very good product that went together well and the instructions were good and easy to follow. I had a problem with the delivery, by 3rd party delivery. Though they the whole order, they delivered only a part of the order. I called Deck Expressions and they addressed the matter immediately. Very good company to work with.

The website said 2-3/4” height for the post skirt I ordered. I received one that was 2-3/8”. I notified Deck Expressions and they sent me the correct one.

The post covers were easy to install and look very good, not quite like the real thing, but good. 4 stars because it took 2 months to receive the order.

Fast shipping and great product

I wasn’t sure how I was going to pull my project together until I came across these brackets at Deck Expressions. I had a vision of how I wanted to do the rail around a small raised section of deck that I was going to build using mixed materials. I’d never used cabling before but I really wanted a system that would be the least visually obtrusive to the view of the wooded ravine in our back yard. The Rail FX brackets turned out to be the missing link I needed to pull the whole custom railing together in a very minimalist clean looking way that ended up blending perfectly into the entire deck structure and natural surroundings.

Very quality product. A bit overkill for my application but it's what I wanted. Stair rail instructions little confusing. And for attaching the top rail why is there a possibility of the screw going through the top rail? Why not shorten the screw so that can't happen. Overall very happy with the look and feel of the product. Thank you
