Although slightly different in design from the originals (installed many years ago), the replacement hand rail end caps fit well and are better than the originals. I'm very happy with the product.

Built out, the railing looks fantastic, and just as I'd hoped. I do feel the railing cap is under-engineered and could have been made to feel completely solid with no play whatsoever, Also, a few more colors aside from stark white would have made the product 5-star.

I was looking for replacement screen fastening supplies to match some that was installed about 10 years ago. Contacted these guys then was able to confirm their products were used for the project. Worked with them and quickly had materials in hand to make repairs to damaged pieces. All matched and looks great. Customer service group communication was top notch.

Just installed the Avalon railing by RDI that I purchased from Deck Expressions. Very good product that went together well and the instructions were good and easy to follow. I had a problem with the delivery, by 3rd party delivery. Though they the whole order, they delivered only a part of the order. I called Deck Expressions and they addressed the matter immediately. Very good company to work with.
