Great customer service and great quality

I hate to leave a negative review, but I was disappointed in my experience. I had to call to request a proof twice, it took almost a month after placing my order to receive said PROOF. It took over a month to receive the item which I purchased as a gift for my dad (time sensitive). When the pad finally arrived the workmanship was poor, the part they cut out for the design looked like it had been scooped out instead of cut out. Overall it was a very disappointing experience.

I ordered two but only received one. I took pictures of what I received and sent them an email back to decked out. At this point I have not heard from anyone the quality is excellent. I just really want what I ordered and it took several weeks to receive the item
