Design review process was a little clunky as I wasn’t sure if my explanation of what I was looking for came across correctly in my written explanation. Turned out great though. Happy with the way the step pads turned out.

Perfect in every way

Looks fantastic and fits perfectly!

After seeing the hype and product examples. I had such high hopes for the design and fitment of this to take to the lake for all of my friends to see. I knew once I saw it I would add it to another one of my coolers and also was positive that all of my friends would want to order one too. This was quite the process. I own multiple companies, including accessory companies. I would never ask for so many back-and-forth emails, including specifications and measurements as well as item descriptions. This is something you should have already dialed in and catalog. I sent a detailed email, including pictures to show that what you sent me did not fit. You then send a an email asking me to review your company in this product. It is not like me to leave a negative review. However, I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the product received. After all of the back-and-forth emails, time on my part to make sure that the measurements were accurate so I got the right product, I was still sent the wrong size cooler top. I am super bummed that this was such a prolonged and difficult process.

Great communication, very poor wait time

Very happy with the cooler pad. It took about 1. 5 months to receive after ordering. I did not get the ceramic coating I paid $20 for.

My Recon Jack turned out great. The company communicated to me about the lead time and managed my expectations for delivery. Once I received my RTIC 32 cooler pad, I was blown away. The detail was perfect and well worth the wait. I would recommend and will be a returning customer.

Judy did a great job keeping me updated in my order status, the lead time was a little long, but they were up front about it and the item sipped and was delivered exactly as promised. I was impressed and very happy with the quality and look of the item I installed it on my boat cooler mediately.
