Product looks good, hopefully the red doesn’t turn pink right away. I would have gave it a five star, but I gave it a four. I have sent several emails about my product and nobody responded. Then one day I got a tracking number through email and that was it. Maybe just need help on your Customer Service. I’m in customer service too. .

The image did not turnout how I expected it too. The service was slow. Regret using decked out factory! I should have just used my gut and went with my first decision and let RTIC coolers put my logo on my cooler.
