The image did not turnout how I expected it too. The service was slow. Regret using decked out factory! I should have just used my gut and went with my first decision and let RTIC coolers put my logo on my cooler.

Order to too long and while you explained it, it would’ve gone a long way if you had given a small discount on the original order rather than trying to get me to order more considering your back orders, etc. Product seems fine. I haven’t had it long enough to know if it’ll hold up but I’ve given you five stars if it does and if it didn’t take months to get.

Shipping does take awhile or maybe the processing/review part does but I still love the product and it was worth the wait.

Product looks and feels great. For the price the design part was kind of annoying asked for changes only to be sent back the same proof so I finally just said do it. The process took over a month after proof was approved. I wasent in a rush but they will tell you 5-10 days just know that’s a lie. The lead times are long and customer service isn’t very helpful with a real lead time.
