I ordered a spare part for a pump on the advice of Trotec customer service. Since I ordered the communication has been poor with no information being given to me about the status of my order unless I emailed in to ask for updates. After several weeks I was told the part is out of stock and may never be available. Even this information was given only as a result of me asking what was happening. I have sent in a complaint but given the poor customer service I don't know if I will hear back from them. At least getting my money back would be good. Being asked to provide a review feels a bit insulting to be honest.

Bij het behouden van het product wat beschadigd is bij aankomst waar 10% korting word beloofd, duurt de betaling van jullie bedrijf een half jaar. In en in triest. Communicatie met jullie bedrijf is slecht. Het loopt allemaal langs elkaar af.
