Order was perfekt, but delivery…
I placed an order for a KICKR Thru Axle Kit on October 6, but have yet to receive the kit 3 weeks later despite paying $25 for courier shipment. Further, I have not been able to track where the kit is on Fed Ex's tracking site since October 13, and I am unable to reach a Fed Ex customer representative for assistance. At this time, I do not know if or when I will receive my order.

I was happy to get my hands on a generation 3 device, since I loved my gen 1 bolt a lot! But on my first major ride the device didn't sync the workout, even though it's still on the device. I reached out to the support, but after a couple of mails back and forth the support stopped answering. I'm now stuck with a workout stuck on my device and the new wifi-only sync is a big downgrade. I'm checking out competitors now, hopefully other devices deliver the simplicity that Wahoo used to stand for. And also with better customers support.

Nach dem Vorgänger, Element, bin ich froh mich für den Nachfolger entschieden zu haben. Es macht noch mehr Spaß mit ihm Touren zu planen und sie zu fahren und das ganze in Farbe. Egal was das Wetter macht,er ist immer gut ablesbar. Der Touchscreen ist ebenfalls eine tolle Sache. Mal schauen wie es im Winter funktioniert. Sonst alles top.

Service was good, bike came with a firmware that was not standard but managed to solve it with support. Also came without pedals and no instructions… Once all was fixed it is amazing piece of kit!

Received my new Roam 3 quickly, but had issues syncing to phone and wifi. Customer support was very slow, 3 days between responses. First response was a generic parrot from tge help page on the website. After prompting for specific help I got little more assistance. Finally think I have solved tge problem/s myself.
