25 days in the EU to receive an order that should take two to three days? Two days spent on the FEDX logistics hub in Lisbon , stressing, asking , arguing and a lot of headaches. People responding me that they dont even knew where the parcel was, the delay on your emails, no tracking number till i asked for it, muddy and nasty Ai responses. My mind just go by that thinking of “i hope i will have no problem with this item “ because if this happens with an order i imagine if i need a feral support from this company.
This was my first time ordering from Wahoo, and I was very impressed with their customer service. Unfortunately, the delivery with FedEx was late and lacked transparency, but Wahoo responded immediately to my inquiries and offered a solution. The product itself (Wahoo Kickr Core 2) is highly recommended.

Delivery to Canada is expensive. Some better logistics could help that. I took more time for the order to be processed than other premium brands.

Replacement cleats work well and are a lot easier to unclip than the standard cleats. Happy with my purchase.

Hi Guys I have sent numerous emails complaining that I wanted to return all my goods and repurchase during Black Friday and not had even one response from anyone - no I am going to return all goods next week when I’m back from Egypt and purchase from another competitor as it has left me with a sour taste that you cannot handle simple complaints
The delivery was very fast and completely hassle-free. The bike was easy to assemble, and adjusting everything through the app was straightforward as well. The only thing that wasn’t clearly explained was how to adjust the incline — maybe I missed it — but a quick online search solved that, too. The ride quality is excellent, and it’s genuinely a pleasure to train with this bike every single time.

The product ordered arrived in a timely fashion, and the functionality of the product (trainer with Zwift Cog) is as anticipated or maybe even slightly better.
Experience was fine. No problems & delivery was speedy.
Two bikes don’t work. No customer service to have a telephone call with. Delivery company caused £20k worth of damage to my property. Still ongoing and no solution for these issues - even though I’ve been fair and make it an easy fix for wahoo by giving options.
Good communication ahead of delivery. Delivery in time. Everything well packed.

Kickr v6 marketed as a premium product arrived faulty. Extremely slow customer support. Slow collection and slower delivery service. Highly regret moving from Elite and Tacx to Wahoo. It seems the company is focusing on growth, merger and acquisition rather than quality and customer support.
