I have bought 6 or 7 items from Dark Cottage over the years. Mostly outerwear, as I've bought most, if not all, of their coats, plus a couple of skirts. DC's customer service is without equal. They stand behind their product and will continue to work until it's right. I absolutely. love their designs, although I have had some issues with quality on several items. I have found the issues manageable though, and because the customer service is good and the company is honest, I have chosen to fix the small quality issues myself and continue buying the amazing, creative clothing designs from the company. I do truly love the jackets and coats they sell and look forward to getting the new items they have!

I love these leggings! I pre ordered the elven leggings and was a bit disappointed when I originally got them because the size was completely off. I filled out the return card stating the issue and the company reached out saying there was a manufacturer error. With a little back and forth we figured out what would fit and my order was resent. They look and fit exactly as described and I couldn’t be happier.
