Very easy to work with on an exchange (I ordered the wrong size). They responded right away and sent me my return shipping label while holding the correct size for me.

I did get my refund but for how expensive the piece is, the return shipping should be free.

My skirt arrived quickly and packaged well. I liked the welcome card tht doubles as a return thing (but I don't need to return the amazing skirt)
