Great communication and fast shipping

It's so hard to find well made clothing these days so I was overjoyed at the very high quality of dark cottage design and construction of their clothing. And I ordered sizes too large and they've been overly kind and accommodating getting me the right sizes. I am in LOVE with my first two pieces and will be back for more. That's saying a lot for a chubby older lady whose really given up on looking cute long ago. Thank you for being me back to some real style!

I had initially purchased the wrong sized outfit for my girlfriend, but the customer service department for Dark Cottage was fantastic. They were prompt in responding to my email through their site, provided a mailing slip for the return mailing of the wrong garment and then the turn around to get the proper size coat back was very prompt. She loves her new coat, and just in time for the weather to shift to more Spring-like temperatures. A pleasant surprise and shift from the usual runaround that most other companies would give.
