Awesome shoes

Shipping was fast and my wife loved the shoes. Definitely recommend a pair of danskos for anyone who is on their feet for long periods of time.

First and foremost, I think you should advertise that your shoes definitely run very small and not true to size. I bought I 39 and actually needed like a 41. Before I exchanged, I asked a Cousin of mine, whom owned a pair, what was up. I wasn't sure if I had to break them in or what. She told me they DEFINITELY run small and to go a size up. Well there was no return slip in my box so I called the corporate number and was told I could only exchange them at the Dansko outlet on Federal St in Wesgrove PA, which is an hour from my and fiancé's home. While I was at work one day, he drove to the outlet to exchange them for me (this outlet closes WAY TOO early, by the way). He gets all the way there and the associates tell him he has to return/exchange the shoes thru mail. He calls me and I call the corporate number. I speak to a woman by the name of Melissa Smith. I told her the aforementioned situation and she immediately sprang into action. She told my fiancé (Michael) to go into the store and she would be right there to meet him. She then drove to the factory, I'm assuming, to grab the correct pair of shoes and brought them to the store where Michael was waiting for her. I thought that was SO AWESOME!!!!! She totally DID NOT have to go above and beyond and she could have stuck to the policy of returning shoes via mail. But because a customer service rep told us we had to exchange the shoes (my work shoes. I'm a cocktail waitress and I LOVE them! ;-)) at the outlet, she improvised and ensured that your company gained another satisfied (and future!) customer!! THANK YOU MELISSA SMITH!!! Oiled leather scuffs easily. However, an oil sponge easily cleans up the scuffs

Just started wearing my third pair and they are absolutely perfect as expected. I wear them at work for 12+ hours on my feet, and also at home in the house, yard and stable.

The Dansko shoes are incredible. No need to stretch or break in, they feel good for long walks and have support so your feet won't suffer down the road. I appreciate that the shoe does not have a large heel/soul as I prefer not to be much taller. There is toe room and cut to not squeeze your foot anywhere. If you are a teenager maybe you don't need a shoe kind to your feet.

The shoes are very comfortable for walking.
