I bought these shoes for over $129 and they haven’t come - 2 months later. I sent messages and responded to surveys with the confirmation number and nothing. I usually buy my shoes off Zappos, 2 day shipping and you are done! But because they didn’t have my size in black, I ordered off Dansko. No one has reached out, no one has answered my emails. I will never buy from them again and I will continue to complain until someone does something. This is ridiculous.

So disappointed in this order. I purchased online and it has been a month and I haven’t received my shoes yet.

Order these shoes and weeks later I get a call stating you don’t take debit cards and that I can only pay with a credit card. I don’t have a credit card so I could not buy shoes from you.

No issue with the product, but service was very unprofessional. Ordered with 5-7 day shipping and order took 20 days to be delivered. Which was brutal because it was Christmas present for my mom and it was late. Anyway, when I contacted customer service after 7 business days they apologized and said that they didn’t see a tracking number or record of my package being shipped. I told them I ordered with 5-7 days shipping then they told me that the 5-7 days were just an estimate. The next day a different customer service person messaged me saying that it is impossible that my package was shipped late on their end and blamed fed ex. I told the second customer service employee that another employee already said that they (Dansko) had no record of shipping my package throughout the first 7 days. They emailed me back a screenshot of my tracking number (no date to show it was shipped on time) and told me that I must have not checked my junk mail. I thought that was offensive because I checked everything every day and was patient to give them the 7 days before reaching out. If my mom didn’t like the shoes for work I would never order from them again. Terrible customer service compared to other shoe companies such as Nike, adidas, etc.

I can't wait for it to be warm enough for sandals- these would pair so well with everything.

Overall, I'm pleased with these clogs. I'm a dental assistant which means I'm on my feet/walking for 9-11 hours a day. My only complaint is how tight the top of the shoe is. By the end of the day the top of my feet hurt so badly, I start to limp. My co workers that also wear these say it'll loosen up so I'm continuing to wear them. All other parts of the shoe are very comfortable.

there needs to be more sandals/shoes without heel straps.

Regretfully the shoes I ordered don't fit. I need to return them.

I have always bought used danskos on ebay, since I'm a college student and it's always been hard for me to afford shoes more than fifty dollars. But this year, I was finally able to buy my own pair. Brand new clogs really do make a difference. These are great for studio life, as I am a ceramic potter. I can stand and work in these all day and my feet never get tired. My one complaint about them is that they give me blisters, but I'm sure that's just from needing to wear them in, since my used clogs never gave me blisters before. Thank you for making such a timeless and dependable shoe.

I have worn Dansko shoes for 27 years and swear by them. I use to buy a pair once a year for the trauma resident of my choice because i believed in them so much but over the past years they are now made to narrow. I thought the XP professionals would work but to no avail. My last pair finally wore out, XP’s too tight, and sadly had to switch to sneakers.

I have several pair of Dansko shoes and boots and they are the most comfortable footwear I have ever owned. After 2 foot surgeries my feet are extremely happy in being able to wear such stylish and comfortable footwear.

I ordered an 8 1/2 - 9. They are a little big, but I can wear big socks with them.

Danskos help correct my posture. I have three bulging discs in my neck and have chronic pain. During my 12 hour shifts my neck, back and knees would ache in pain and I felt so miserable. My new shoes make me stand straight and are so comfortable, I barley have any acute pain after my shifts now. I was thinking about getting surgery from being so miserable. Thankfully I had a nurse friend who told me to try danskos and I gave them a try. They Saved me from getting surgery so soon. Will continue to buy danskos for work. Love them.

They hurt my feet very badly, I couldn't stand to wear them.

The shoes fit. They don't last on my feet more than 4 hours. I have twisted both ankles. I have blisters on my right foot, and have flair ups of plantar fasciitis every time I wear it. I have wasted a big chunk of change on these shoes. Super cute too. I wish they would work out.
