Service was exceptional. I needed to exchange the shoes for a different size. The process was easy. I had hesitated on ordering from Dansko due to concerns about exchanges (I find that I wear different sizes depending on the Dansko style). I usually buy Dansko at Dillards but they have a limited amount of styles. I will not hesitate on oredering from Dansko in the future.

i use these in a different fashion. more arch in the base would be helpful for me. i use these as a zero drop option when i remove the pretty pink arch support liner

I don't like the material. I just waited for 2 hours. I was sitting on the chair. I did not walk in my classroom when I came home. I looked at it. It all scratched very cheap material for the price that I paid for Also, it is a very heavy weight choose to walk in. It is not like and it is a jiggly too. Not supportive for your Ash. I would like to return it for sure

I ordered the wrong size

I bought these because I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and I now offer private, in-home meal prep. Not every home has an anti-fatigue mat like I do and these are perfect! They're light, won't mark floors, can't be wiped down, and look the part. I did have to order a size 37 (I'm a size 7. 5-8 US) for the proper fit.
