Customer service very poor and shipping horrible it took over 2 weeks to get to me

From order to delivery was longer than expected but for the holiday season I thought it would be longer; I was still quite pleased

I never received my products and customer service was not helpful at all. Only response was that I should have paid for shipping insurance and they have the same information as I do. Very poor compared to other companies I have ordered from. You also continue to ask for my review of products I never received.

Was a little upset with the shipping time for this pallete. I got my other pallete in no time. It two 2 1/2 weeks to receive this. But overall, I will continue to order because I love Danessa.

Shipping took long but I ordered on cyber Monday so it makes sense that they’re backed up due to the holidays. I received a 20% discount for future use bc of the delay! Great customer service. Definitely worth the wait.

The customer service was awesome! I forgot to put in my code. I emailed, and they refunded me the difference! The initial tracking was a little slow but it was to be expected due to Black Friday. Once it was shipped it was received really quickly! I'm highly satisfied!
