Terrible customer experience. Have been asking about my order, how can there be no tracking link on a order and its marked as delivered

The shipping was great, it could have arrived in a box but that’s okay.

Good

Service was top notch

No complaints. Works very well. 😊

Love shopping from a brand that's great for me

Excellent product, and fast order processing and delivery.

The items arrived quickly and I love the packaging

Amazing customer service. I placed a wrong order earlier but the return was so smooth. Thank you

Easy to order and speedy delivery.

Great 😊 overall experience.

Great service and fast shipping

Your company is great, but lacks educating consumers HOW to use your products.

Forgotten Item & Terrible Customer Service I ordered two of the Yummy Skin Glow Serums, but only received one. I reported the missing item and got an automated email implying that I simply overlooked it, but when I tried to escalate it, I got no response. There is no customer service number or viable email to contact. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! It should be illegal for companies not to be held responsible for incorrect orders, and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

Everything was great! I love these products and was so happy to finally get my hands on the water powder serum. I think I've found the right combination of products for my skin

Solid experience

Poor shipping on my last order.

I ordered 5 items on May 21, 2026, and never received my package. The package hasn’t even shipped yet. I’ve been trying to get in contact with customer service since June. It is now July 9th, and all I get is generic responses. I usually get my products from Sephora but decided this time I wanted to order directly from the website. Never again! This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

My overall experience has been great. The eyeshadow pallets Volume VI and VII are a must-have. The colors are so vibrant, and you can even use as highlighters for your cheeks, depending on the color of course.
