The website is easy to navigate and I had no issues checking out. Received my order in a short window of time in good condition

I ordered the moisture repair balm along with the blurring balm. The only item I received in the mail was the blurring balm. I contacted their customer service team and provided the information they asked for. No response, I contacted them multiple times with no response or resolution. All I wanted was the product I paid for and never got it.

I hate to have to give a BAD review. :-( Especially since I was hoping to have a Great Experience. :-( However, I NEVER received my Universal Yummy Powder because according to the tracking It NEVER left the warehouse... So it's Not Even a Shipping matter... SO SAD to say that it's a Danessa Myricks Company Matter... It's been over A MONTH since my money was accepted and Never has anyone answered the MULTIPLE phone calls that I've made to request for Help. :-( I'm SOO DISAPPOINTED because I was ACTUALLY looking forward to trying this product! :-(
