The vase I had made is the most beautiful piece of artwork I've ever seen and owned. Cherie captured my horse with such detail and thoughtfulness. The work was done in such a quick fashion and so amazing! Such a treasure that will last forever!

The whole process was mind blowing. I've always wondered how you really know if companies like this use your items that you send. Videos were sent to me of the whole process start to finish. She sent a video taking the hair out of the box I mailed and showed herself burning it onto my sculpture. The paint job turned out EXACTLY like my horse, she nailed the markings perfectly. I couldn't love it more. This is such an amazing memorial piece for a horse that meant so much to me. 100% recommend this business to anyone looking for something special at an affordable price.

Dakota was fast and prompt with any questions I had. The necklace is nice, it was really neat getting a video showing her making the pendant. It's a really nice memorial for my daughter. Cherie was great at answering my questions before I sent my horse's hair, had a great turn around time of getting the cross done and sent back to me right away. She also sent a video of my horse's hair being unpacked from my envelope and being put on the cross. I love, love, love this pot! Cherie custom fired mine with hair from my special cow and made a decoration (with the same hair) to adorn the top and it is probably one of the most gorgeous pieces of pottery I have ever seen! I was also extremely impressed with her customer service- Cherie kept me posted on when my shipped hair arrived, when the pot was fired (she sent me videos to verify the process - how cool!!) pics when it was completed and a message when it shipped.
